Our Protection Tools

Deposit Limits

You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a specific review period, whereas reductions are always immediate. This helps you stay in financial control.

Time-Out

If you want to take a short break, you can use the time-out feature at jeet7 to temporarily close your account for a set period. This period can range from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a time-out you will not be able to place any bets or play any games.

Self-Exclusion

If you want a longer break from gaming, choose self-exclusion. Activating this feature will close your account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. To start the self-exclusion process, contact us via live chat or email — we will assist you promptly.

Session Time Limits

You can set a specific daily time limit for how long you play. When the time is up, the system will alert you and your session will end automatically. This helps you maintain a healthy balance in your daily life.

Age Verification

Every user's age is verified at registration on jeet7. Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and play on our platform. Access by minors is strictly prohibited and this is our firm policy.

24/7 Support

Our support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day to assist in Bengali on any responsible gaming matter. Contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. Every message you send is handled with full confidentiality.

Healthy Gaming Habits

Responsible gaming means keeping gaming as a source of entertainment — not as a way to earn money or solve problems. Following these simple habits will help you always enjoy a safe and pleasant gaming experience.

  • Set a budget before you play and do not spend beyond it.
  • Avoid placing more bets to chase losses.
  • Do not play at the expense of your family, friends, or work.
  • Do not bet with borrowed money or by dipping into your savings.
  • Do not play under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
  • Take regular breaks and enjoy other activities too.
  • Never treat gaming as your sole source of income.
  • Keep a record of every transaction and review it monthly.

Warning Signs of a Problem

If the signs below appear, it means gaming may be heading in a harmful direction. In this situation, contact us or take a self-exclusion.

Be alert if these signs appear

  • Feeling a repeated urge to play to recover losses
  • Hiding your gaming from family or friends
